Lyricist Sumi Choi reflects on dealing with mental health and life’s anxieties, with exercise, nature and acceptance. The band’s signature melancholy is balanced with rays of hope.

The new song is accompanied by a music video directed by Nahee Kim. The band will be hitting various cities in US/CA this July, starting with a live session at KEXP on July 14th.
